To form an aptly located layout, that gives you the peace and tranquility of a home in the countryside, combined with all the energy and amenities of a bustling city.
Green pockets with amenities like playgrounds, well paved precincts, water bodies, green lawns, parks, liesure spaces etc.
The layout is developed strictly in accordance with the norms and regulations laid down by the competent, authorized authority. The layout plan is approved by MUDA (Mysore Urban Development Authority).
All civic amenities like underground drainage systems, electricity, water supply lines, storm water drains, tree guards etc. are provided in the layout.
The sites are ready for registration. The proposal is to give sites at very competitive and affordable rates, when compared to the market prices.
A good growth is expected in the land value within next 3 years.
Black top roads:
Internal road are 40 feet and 30 feet respectively. The roads would be laid with wet mix macadam of highest quality which is mostly used in highways. Even though roads with wet mix macadam technology are very expensive we use this as it is durable, strong and can be constructed very fast.
Water supply:
We are committed to facilitate the entire water supply network using state of the art products that set industry standards and a quick water supply has been ensured. This consists of overhead tanks, underground level tanks and distribution networks. For the overhead tank we are using a new technology called HDPE short rings which give very good quality finish and speedy construction. We are also planning to adopt new technology for construction of underground level tanks UGLTs for the distribution networks we are using HDPE pipes instead of PVC pipes of ISI quality PE100 strength. Though it is expensive when compared with PVC its strength and life is more than PVC
Underground drainage:
We have provided integrated and innovative solutions tailored to the needs of the residents using the most sustainable methods of installing and comply with the various building regulations and relevant legislation. It consists of drainage network with stone ware pipes, manhole and sewage treatment plants.
Storm water drains and rain water harvesting:
Urbanization and industrialization have good extreme pressure on natural water systems and their related eco systems. We are committed to design the network for effective rain water harvesting that not only meets the residents needs but also prevent flubbing. The storm water reaches the water purification system and conserves water for future use.
Utility connection to the site:
We have taken care of the minutest details before laying the roads we have laid pipes across the roads to provide water supply and underground electricity connections to each site. We also provide underground drainage pipelines to individual plots with chambers to each site. This shows our concern and attention to detail to the entire project. By doing so we are taking care to eliminate damage to the road in the future by the residents.
Electricity:
A well designed electrical network with poles, transformers, street lights will be provided to the entire layout. Apart from the above mentioned details we have given utmost care to the various quality measures such as hydraulic testing of water supply pipes, leakage test for underground drainage lines, table moulded bricks, joining of HCPE pipes soaking of bricks for construction of manholes, water lines, sewage lines marked in each side, precast sides, hot mix plant established exclusively for road construction, surrounded by amenities with families in mind and to provide them unparallel life style to the residents.
